This self guided retreat gives you the time and solitude to gently connect with your heart and listen deeply to what arises within, in this sacred space, embraced by eMvuleni mountain. You are invited to move at your own pace, honour your inner rhythms, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and presence within.
This retreat is best suited for individuals who have an established mindfulness practice and are familiar with being in solitude in silence.

Practicing the Four Foundations of Mindfulness Retreat (In-person and Online)
Ajahn Jutindharo has spent over 35 years in monastic life. His teachings, rooted in both science and mindfulness, offer a unique perspective that bridges ancient wisdom with contemporary understanding.
