Summer Self-Retreat 


We offer you the time and solitude to gently connect with your heart and listen deeply to what arises within, in this sacred space, embraced by eMvuleni mountain.

Whether you choose to spend time meditating, writing, resting, or walking in nature, the weekend will be held in noble silence to support deep reflection and personal renewal.

This retreat is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and find refuge in the quietude of Mvuleni Mountain. Here, you are invited to move at your own pace, honour your inner rhythms, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and presence within. 

You will be supported by our optional daily offerings, which includes:

- Morning meditation

- Guided nature walks 

- Mindful movement practices

The retreat includes three plant-based meals each day, crafted to nourish you throughout this time of introspection and rest.

You are welcome to enjoy our library, explore the mountain, enjoy your own practices and deep sacred rest. 

This retreat is best suited for individuals who have an established mindfulness practice and are familiar with being in solitude in silence.
