The Yoga of Sleep and Dreams

One of the great benefits of yoga is to deepen the body’s ability to rest. In this two day workshop, we will explore using yoga to lead us into deeper meditation and sleep, and open ourselves to whatever we may find in that repose as a creative source. In the presence of the Mvuleni mountain, the retreat will be a gentle investigation into wakefulness and rest.
